BETONAMIT® is a highly effective expansive grout and expansive demolition agent specifically developed to break concrete, rocks, and stone without noise or vibrations. Unlike conventional explosives or demolition tools, BETONAMIT® requires no permits, no heavy machinery, and no hazardous explosives.
The material is poured into pre-drilled holes and, through a chemical reaction with water, develops an enormous expansive pressure of up to 13,000 tons/m². This controlled expansion fractures the surrounding material – completely safely, with no risk to people or nearby structures.

Application Instructions for the Expanding Grout BETONAMIT® – For Best Results
- The drill holes should have a diameter of 25-45 mm.
- Spacing: Corresponds to 10 times the drill bit diameter.
- Drilling depth: In concrete, it should be 90% of the material thickness.
- Natural stone: Spacing and drilling depth may vary – contact us for individual consultation.
- Exact mixing ratio: Mix 5 kg of BETONAMIT® with 1.2 liters of cold water.
- The mixture must be stirred for 2–3 minutes using an electric mixer until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved.
- Use only cold water for mixing.
- No additional mechanical sealing of the filled holes is required.
- To deactivate excess BETONAMIT® mixture, dilute it with plenty of water and dispose of it with the remaining construction debris.
- The drill holes should be dry and as free of drilling dust as possible.
- For optimal breaking results, it is crucial to follow these guidelines precisely:
- Reaction time at 5-15°C (41-59°F):
Approximately 18-96 hours - Reaction time at 15-25°C (59-77°F):
Approximately 12-72 hours - Reaction time at 25-35°C (77-95°F):
