Delivery times:

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany is non-binding and will occur within 1-2 business days (depending on the delivery service provider), and for international deliveries within 5-7 business days (depending on the delivery service provider) after the contract is concluded (in case of prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction). Depending on the delivery country, the delivery period may be extended.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time you ordered.

NOTE: In principle, orders are processed on the same day (depending on the time of order receipt) and made ready for shipment. Once your order has left our warehouse, the delivery time is in the hands of the respective delivery services; we no longer have any influence on delivery times from this point onward.

It may happen that the delivery service providers are not always able to meet the specified delivery times. In such a case, we recommend contacting the respective delivery service directly or using their website's tracking feature. You will receive a tracking ID by email immediately after shipment, which allows you to track your package. Of course, we are happy to assist you with any questions at any time.

If you urgently need your order and want to ensure it arrives the next day, please select EXPRESS SHIPPING during checkout.

Express orders:

Please note that express orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped on the following business day. In some cases, express orders received later can still be processed on the same day, but this cannot be guaranteed. To ensure that your order is shipped the same day, the order must be received by us no later than 2:00 PM.
