First, drill the holes. Use a drill with a diameter between 30 and 40 mm.

"Works great, very satisfied! We wanted to split a few stone slabs and were looking for a simple solution. So, we ordered Betonamit. Our drill holes were slightly smaller than the recommended size in the instructions, but otherwise, we followed all the given steps. We drilled the holes, mixed Betonamit, filled the holes, covered them (due to rain), and waited. The next morning, small cracks were already visible, and after two days, the stone had completely split. It's really a very good product. We split more stones using it, and everything went smoothly. Some stones took a bit longer than others, but in the end, we managed to split them all 🙂. The outside temperature was around 5°C (41°F). We can definitely recommend the product 🙂."
"Awesome product. Works 100%! I used it to 'break apart' a concrete staircase that's about 50 years old (concrete with pebbles). Initially, I tried using a 10kj demolition hammer, but it was futile. It took about 4 hours just to chip away tiny pieces from the first half step. Then I found Betonamit through Google. After drilling the holes and filling them with Betonamit, less than 24 hours later, I was able to carry away the broken pieces. I immediately ordered more for the rest of the staircase. The high price is totally justified. Excellent product! I highly recommend it 100%. No worries needed, it works perfectly on concrete."
"Mehr Sterne wert! Super Material. Großen Findling geknackt! Wir hatten einen sehr großen Findling im Garten. Er war nicht zubewegen, weder schieben, rollen oder hebeln. Auf der Sucher nach einer Zerkleinerungs Möglichkeit sind wir auf Betonamit gestoßen. Da es günstiger war, als einen Kranwagen zu buchen wollten wir es ausprobieren. Unsere Hoffnung war eigentlich nicht sehr groß, daher waren wir umso begeisterter wie es funktionierte. Als wir anfingen war es noch sehr kalt, daher dauert es wohl etwas länger, aber wie auf den Fotos zu sehen zerknackte der Stein wirklich. Da einige Teile immer noch zu groß zum heben waren, wendeten wir es nochmal an und auch dort Knack. Das schlimme ist wirklich die Löcher zu Bohrer, dafür gibt man deutlich mehr Geld aus, als für Betonamit, da die Bohrer schnell stumpf waren. Letztendlich kann ich dieses Material aber nur jedem empfehlen, da es doch sehr viel günstiger wird, wenn man es hiermit selbst macht. Vielen Dank! Wir sind so froh den Stein los zu sein (er stand dem Trampolin Wunsch des Kindes nämlich im Weg)."

"Ich wollte meinen Nachbarn ersparen, dass ich sie ins Irrenhaus bringe, wenn ich mein altes Betonfundament im Garten abreiße. Der Lärm und die Dauer des Abrißes wäre einfach zu laut und zu lange.
